Since the start of Team Mike’s Bikes, CAPO Cycling Apparel has been supporting the team with the most advanced cycling wear available. Every year, the fit gets more dialed and the fabrics offer greater performance to help the team feel their best on their bikes.
In 2015, TMBEquator will be sporting CAPO’s new Super Corsa SL jersey and bibshort. The “SL”, standing for Sport Luminescence, refers to the kit’s seemingly luminescent sleeve cuffs and leg bands, which offer greater visibility on roadways as well as firm muscle compression. Without a direct light beam, the leg bands and arm cuffs look like any other laser-cut finish piece… But when they catch the sun’s light, a car’s headlamp, or a camera’s flash, they reflect it back over the entire area of visible fabric. The underside of the bands is made of a silicone gripper coating that keep the bibs and sleeves in place preventing those areas from bunching. This makes the kit much more comfortable and longer lasting than silicone gripper types I’ve seen on other jerseys.
All product from CAPO Custom utilize the Elastic Interface Technology® chamois, providing a comfortable ride to the coffee shop or laps of the Copperopolis Road Race course. The Super Corsa SL jersey also features new Speed® fabric, which has enhanced aerodynamic properties and transfers moisture away from the skin’s surface for better temperature regulation in all weather conditions. From training in the cold winter months to racing under the hot California summer sun, CAPO Custom clothing is the choice of TMBEquator.
